Our Mission

At STEMlytical, we support middle school and high school girls in STEM to decrease the STEM gender gap in the next generation. Our goal is to increase self-confidence in young girls while also educating them about the opportunities they have to look forward to in the future. No woman should feel that STEM is something they cannot do simply because of their gender or because they feel like STEM subjects are too difficult for them. Here at STEMlytical, we will give you the opportunity to see STEM in a different light.

Shadow on Concrete Wall

Samya Potlapalli

Hello everyone! My name is Samya Potlapalli, and I am a senior in high school living in Cary, North Carolina. I have experimented with and explored many career paths for myself before landing in STEM. I understand confusion better than anyone, which is why I helped start this project to prevent you from having to face the same confusion. I hope you enjoy all the resources STEMlytical has to offer, and the STEMlytical team hopes for any positive or negative feedback you may have!

Sruthi Potluru

Welcome to STEMlytical! My name is Sruthi Potluru and I am currently a high school senior in Cary, NC. STEM has been a passion of mine for so long, even if I didn't recognize it. I would always "feel in my element" and the lab was one of my favorite places to learn. I believe that it is so important to have self-confidence from a young age, especially towards STEM. I am so lucky to have been a part of programs that increased my confidence and curiosity towards STEM, and we hope that STEMlytical can do that for you too! We hope you enjoy our content on the website and with our program!

I started the India chapter of STEMlytical to provide free, easy-to-access, STEM-related content specifically curated for girls and women in India. I hope you find our program and content helpful and enjoyable!

We’re passionate STEM learners, students, musicians, friends, and the co-founders of this program designed to contribute towards a better tomorrow for women in STEM. At STEMlytical, we believe that the right understanding and technological edge can lead students towards a successful future and increase their self-confidence about STEM.
